PBR - Professional Bull Riders Albuquerque Schedule

The Pit is more than just an arena; it’s where unforgettable moments happen, like the time the University of New Mexico Lobos pulled off a thrilling victory over TCU in a must-win Mountain West game back in 2012. It’s the kind of place that feels alive, charged with energy and history, remember celebrating the Lobos’ 2004 NCAA Tournament run here? That was a game-changer for fans. Back in the mid-90s, sports magazines even named The Pit one of the best college basketball venues around, and honestly, it still feels that way. The atmosphere down low in the lower tiers is unbeatable, you really get a better view, and it’s like being right in the middle of the action. And if you’re lucky enough to snag a suite, you can make a night of it, attending multiple events or just kicking back in style. Just a heads up if you’re driving in, traffic can get pretty thick, so it’s smart to plan ahead or check out alternative routes. Heading into the historic district, Heritage Street is your go-to way to find The Pit, an iconic spot that’s seen everything from epic wins to heart-stopping moments, making every visit feel like stepping into a piece of Albuquerque sports history.
